Hmmm, That's my Bentley!

Bentley had to go to the bathroom no big deal right? I removed the toilet paper so he wouldn't play with it and thought all was good. Sometimes he takes a while so I kept asking, "Are you done"? He kept saying "No". Finally I checked on him and this was what I found, petroleum jelly all over him. Yeah I didn't even think of removing it off the back of the toilet. It was funny though. It shows that he felt it and thought it would be fun to play with! I had to loofah him with Dawn dish soap after that a couple of times and he was still moisturized all day long! I guess ooey gooey messes won't end for a long time in our house. :)

Saturday, Bentley and I went with Uncle Tom, Aunt Holly, Owen and Joey to go practice fishing at this gorgeous lake just out of the Springs. Bentley is a natural at it. Daddy will have to start taking him. Its fun bonding time!:)

Soon he'll be casting it on his own. I just don't like to hook live worms so I won't be taking him alone!

Tom and Holly and the Boys. We're so lucky that we're here. We have some wonderful family taking good care of us!

8*23*2010 Bentley's First Day of Preschool

Time flies! Bentley goes to SA Wilson Preschool. Its through the school district so I feel like he's totally started his school career! He goes half days 4 days a week so it seems like kingdergarten. He loves it and I love having a couple of hours to do whatever!

First day in class! I said Bye, I love you! I can only do that for a few more years.:)

His open house.....

Sept. 2 the School had his open house with the Principal explaining everything that is going to go on this school year and we came to his class to see what he does everyday!

This week they are on the letter B so they made Bee hats earlier that day in class. He had to wear it. He also told me that Bees make honey with the flowers pollen. He's taking everything in and remembers everything. Smart little guy!:)

We're already doing homework, collecting Sunny D labels for books for school and soup labels for school supplies. 14 more years to go and off to college!

~The End of a Great Summer~

We really had a fun summer! From going to the Rockies game, to splash pads, to visiting Utah, to Lagoon, to the Zoo and Bentley hanging out with some best friends. We didn't get to see all of our friends in Utah but hopefully we'll come back soon and visit everyone we missed! Cheers to summer!
