It really was so cool to see this piece of history! The views of the city are amazing as you can see. The workers and their families lived on the island the whole time they were employed there. I can't imagine growing up on prison grounds.

Grandma wanted to treat us to lunch, so of course we went out for fish-n-chips! They were so good I got soooo full!

Home safely from Napa and Frisco!!!!!

Well we just got back from the Napa area last night at about Midnight! We went to visit Grandma at the Veteran's Home in Yountsville. It was really great to see her and have her meet Bentley. Time flew, but I'm grateful we could go even for a few days. Can't wait to go again! I'll post the rest of the pic's asap!

Bentley thought Grandma was soo cool! He would not stop laughing at her the first day we were there!

Charlie Bear was pretty tired herself, even though she sits at the bottom of the stroller the whole time. Such a lazy doggie!

We went to lunch with Naomi, Mom and her friend Alisa at the Olive Garden. Then Naomi and I went shopping and Naomi had to carry him in our sling. We all love the sling!

~Hogle Zoo~

From stroller to sling.
He was getting tired and cranky.
He wanted out, but I wanted you guys to see our other position.
The bear was so cute playing in the water.
We had a really good time. Bentley will have many more zoo trips to come!

This is the kangaroo position. He absolutely loves it! I couldn't ever get him into a front carrier, he totally hated it but just loves his peanut shell.
Sooo cozy!
