The past few days.........

Mom had surgery and survived yeah! Hopefully it will do her well! Bentley loved riding in the wheel chair to the car he held on tight!
His new carseat! I was doing a carseat fitting. I still have to adjust the straps, but he's going to love it! I might install it early, I mean he's bigger than some 1 year olds!
This is Bentley's Spin and Ride Zebra. It bounces up and down and you can spin in circles. It even makes a real horse sound and music of course. He loves it!

Finally I got my book by Dave Ramsey. He is the best financial planner ever! If you follow with the steps he tells you to do you will be financially fit and financial freedom will be yours! Some of Bentley's favorite things:

• His Daddy! When Ben comes home Bentley can't wait for him to hold and play with him. Right when I give him to Ben he looks at me and starts waving like "Bye Mom"!
• Music! Any kind, but especially the kid ones- 10 Little Monkey's Jumping on the Bed, 10 Little Monkey's Swinging from the Tree, Old McDonald, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Patty Cake( that's probably his favorite. When I start singing it he automatically starts clapping his hands), etc.
• His animals especially our cat Rigby. Everytime he walks by Bentley laughs and really wants to touch him but he's not so soft so the kitty is off limits!
• Any kind of electronics, the Playstation, the camera, the laptop, the house and cell phones( I've already had to replace my cell phone due to slobber damage), remote control's basically anything that is off limits.
• Mom's keys. I swore I would never let my kid's play and chew on my keys but it keeps him happy at church and other places. My Mom gave me some old keys that I cleaned and put a key chain on for him but he stilll likes mine the best.
• Food! Regular old food!
• He's super ticklish!
• He crawls everywhere and loves to walk around furniture and pull himself up on everything! He hasn't tried to walk on his own yet. Which I'm fine with.:)
• He loves to go anywhere, he's a good shopper.
• He loves my Mom, his Oma. Everytime he sees her same thing as Ben he insists on her holding him. I think I'm third on his list! j/k
• He loves to look at pictures of himself, its cause he's so cute!

Well I think you guys get the point, I could go on forever. He's such a sweetheart and I'm sooo blessed to have him in my life!

Our CrAzY Weather!

We had such a nice walk on Friday,
Bentley just enjoying the walk,
with no coat on thinking its starting to warm up and then look what hit us the next day,
SNOW!
Its as freezing outside as it looks! Utah has crazy weather here. One day sunny the next snow! Oh well its almost Spring! Yeah!!

~Pregnant Derai~~

On Friday night Ben and I went to dinner with Ben and Derai and of course I had to get some pic's of her little belly! She of course thinks she huge but she is not. She just has this little basketball and that's it. She's had a rough pregnancy but she's almost there! I can see the finish line, hopefully she can too! She's due in 11 weeks!:)

Checkout their cat, he is huge!!! Ben (my Ben) fell in love with him! These pictures don't even do his size justice. He's big but a total sweetheart!

He was so cute last night while bathing him. I cherish these moments soooo much!

So earlier in the day after he napped he was rubbing his left ear which is weird because he obviously wasn't tired. I've been watching and I saw a pattern that it was the same ear for the past week or two. The pattern just hit me yesterday. Anyways I thought I think he may have an ear infection. It was 4:30 and the clinic closes at 5:00pm, so I took him right over and guess what my "Mothers Instinct", was right! He has just a slight infection. I feel bad that he's had it for a couple of weeks but now he's on an antibiotic. This is his first sickness of the year so we've done pretty good!

Its been way too Long!!!

I got to see some family that I hadn't seen in a long time! It was so fun to see Michael, Heidi and Brandon and to be able to see my Aunt's and Uncle and Cousin's that I hadn't seen in yrs! If you have family close don't take it for granted and visit them! I wish all of my family lived close that would absolutely rock! We did miss Ben, Irene and Naomi, and some family in San Diego. Someday we'll have one big reunion!:)

Grandma's Birthday Party!

My Aunt Holly put together the nicest B-day party for my Grandma. She turned 83 years old. We had a fun time with most of the family together!

This was our last afternoon together. We ate at an open market and then we went to Ghiradelli's Square.

It really is amazing! I so glad that we got to see and drive on this historic bridge!

Bentley's 9 Month Check-up!

This was last Thursday! He did not like the Dr. at all! At first when the Doc came in Bentley started waving at him. Then when the Doc started to check his ears and throat and listen to his heartbeat he hated it! But that's ok he's big and healthy!
He only needed 1 shot so it wasn't as bad.
Bentley's Stat's:

• Weight: 22lbs 10oz
• Height: 29.5"

Our Anniverary!

I'm really late posting these pic's. Our 4 year was Jan. 23. I'm always posting about Bentley I sometimes forget Ben and I! We drove and stayed overnight in Wendover.( so romantic let me tell ya)! Everywhere in Northern Utah was booked because of Sundance. I had never been there so we thought what the heck!

Love the purple bedding! It was a nice room! The shower was cool too it had a steam shower. We had a good time overnight, but that was long enough to be away from Bentley. We missed him sooo much!

Super Bowl Party

Ben and Derai came over. We really had a fun time visiting and watching the game. Can you see Derai's belly? Its a girl!!!

Happy 9 Months Bentley( on Feb. 2)!

I was a little late on this one, but he's sure growing like a weed!
Bentley loves to dance to music, wave hi to everyone, crawls every where, climbs up on everything( stairs included)! Unless he's sleeping he does not sit still! Always keeping me busy!

Well I finally have Bentley bathing right in the tub now! Last night he was in his baby tub trying to kick his legs and I told Ben he's too big for it now! I bought the no slip rug thing for him to sit on and it worked perfect!
