~Just for Fun~

Take a walk down memory lane.....
Follow these instructions.:)

1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or alot, anything you remember.... it can be funny, weird, random etc.!

2. Next re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. Its really funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume your playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave a comment about you!

~Our Trip to Cali~

Mom and Grandma
The three of us. Grandma treated us to lunch in Napa.
We had a lovely bus ride to and from Napa. It brought lot's of memories back to Ben from when he was in Brazil.
We spent an afternoon swimming. Bentley of course loved it. It was an awesome pool and it was right on the grounds of the Veterans Home.
Love the palm trees at her home.

Of course while we were so close to San Francisco we had to go tour. Ben has never been their either so I wanted him to go to Frisco. This was Bentley third trip here FYI.
I had to get a monkey pack. People probably think I'm crazy, but how busy and filled with strangers the city is I new I wouldn't loose him with it! Plus I really think its cute. He did get alot of pictures of himself taken. I guess they don't have the monkey pack in Japan or France. He got alot of laughs.:)
Daddy and Bentley.
This is Alcatraz . We cruised by it on our bay cruise.
So this is Michael's look alike. We saw him and thought that's totally him when his hair was longer. I had to take a picture to show Ire and Michael of course.

So we went on a cruise around the Golden Gate Bridge. This is the lovely city.
The famous Bridge.
Bentley and I (lovely headphones right?)
Going under the bridge.
Mom and Dad going under the bridge. I learned some cool facts. The Golden Gate is the longest suspension bridge. They did not think they could build it. And for you sailor's out their (Ben T.), If you can sail under the bridge its called breaking the bridge and only the best sailor's can make it all the way through. I guess its really windy.

Then we went North of Napa to Calistoga. Such a cute town. It was so cozy. We went and saw the Old Faithful of CA. It was pretty cool. It goes off naturally (of course) every 45 min. and the water is like 300 degrees.
Before.....
After....

It was such a pretty drive their. Seriously all that lines the roads are grapevines. Winery after winery after winery. Some of the most beautiful country.
We had an awesome time on our trip and I was so glad to see my Grandma and Heidi and Brando for some reason I didn't get a picture of them. I can't wait to go again... Ben needs to go again so he can prove to me that he can be a happy and patient travelor. Sorry but he was worse than Bentley. I think its because he never went on road trip's until he married me. We'll try it again!

~The Rodeo~

Bentley walking in his cute little cowboy outfit. Mom and Dad bought it for him. The theme was pink for breast cancer so Bentley and Dad wore matching shirts. The wranglers were a little long, but he looked so cute!
Checking out the animals.
Mom, Dad and Bentley.
Parachuter's landed right in the arena it was way cool. It would be so much fun to go skydiving!
Some of these cowboys were the top in the world. I think the top three came. They were good!

Smile!
And of course we had to have snow cones since it was super hot. Pina colada yum!

We just happened to run into Jimmy, Ben's brother. He had brought his boys. We ran into lot's of people we knew. Cute little Brody.
It was so much fun. I haven't been to the rodeo in a long time and I really enjoyed myself. We'll definitely go next year!:)

Happy Reading

So here are some pictures of the last month. I've been really bad at blogging lately, but I just thought eveyone would like to see some pic's of my cute little guy and some of our month.

Uncle Lance's Housewarming Party~

So as you all know Lance finally bought his own place. Its such a cute house and is perfect for him. He had a get together with his friend's and some of his family. We were glad we could go and support him. It was a fun night!
He is such a proud Uncle and will make a great Dad someday.
This is Nezar's wife Cassie and their new baby Noah. He's such a cutie but I can't believe how light he is. Its crazy how your gene's work.

Uncle Trent and Cousin Kirstie.
Lance's best bud Nezar.
It was suprising how much Bentley liked Nezar. Not that there is anything wrong with Nezar, Bentley is just really picky with who and who he doesn't want to hold him. He wasn't scared of him at all!
Ben, Bentley and his brother's.
By the end of the night Bentley was so tired. Ready for bed. Thanks Lance for the good food and having us over. We love you and know you'll do just fine with your cute little house. We are so happy for you!

Funny Story.....

So one night my parents were hanging out. It was close to bedtime but I had to run a few errands. So my Mom was going to come with me and so Opa wanted to babysit. We left out the diaper, Pj's and all, everything was under control.
So we got home and I said joking, hey I better make sure you put his diaper on right... Low and behold my Dad totally put it on backwards!
Seriously I thought that was one of the funniest things. I was like how did you put it on wasn't it hard? He thought it fit better. So I had to get a picture of it! Such a good Opa he tried so hard. Too funny.

Old 4th of July Pictures

Bentley loves to do push-ups on our little swing thing.
Ben will hold his feet and push him up and down.
He actually pulls himself up too. So strong!
So we went to the Layton parade on the 4th.

Naomi and Zeus. He kept barking at the floats.
Ed, one day I'll catch him looking at the camera and take the picture!
Bentley and Oma
Bentley and Opa...Luckily it was overcast that day or it would've been super hot.
Cousin Brock

Michael and Irene.
Aren't they the cutest!
Bentley and Cousin Brody. By the way this is the last year that Bentley will ever fit into a little romper outfit. Not that I put him in rompers all the time, it just crazy how fast he's growing!

The group of us...My really good friend Elisa and Steven, Irene and Michael, and Mom! By the way thanks Elisa for reserving that spot for us and letting my whole family come and use it! It was perfect!
